Sweat training sessions are 60 minutes each. Tuesday or Thursday Evenings 6:00 pm The Sweat Clinic helps participants rapidly develop cardio and muscular endurance through highly detailed, progressively planned and guided workouts. All levels of riders and non-riders alike improve greatly from the individualized attention with increased stamina, high calorie burn, exercise intensity development and a plethora of related health and fitness benefits.
